Specifications & Imagery: We make every effort to display product dimensions, materials, and finish colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations in finish tone or hue may occur depending on display screen calibrations and room lighting conditions.
Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue an immediate, full refund.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Gateways

Currency: All prices on the store are stated in Euros (€ / EUR).
Taxes Included: All published prices include the statutory 21% Dutch Value-Added Tax (Btw / VAT).

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item or request an exchange.
Condition: Items must be new, uninstalled, unused, and returned in their complete original retail packaging with all hardware.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Afterpay) within 10 calendar days following inspection at our Amsterdam facility.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Details

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current contact, delivery, and billing information for all purchases made on our site. If an order cannot be processed due to incorrect or incomplete information, we reserve the right to contact you for verification or cancel the order with a full refund.

8. Statutory Conformity & Warranty

All bathroom accessories supplied by Meester Smeets Tegelhandel B.V. carry statutory legal warranties under Dutch law. We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects and conform to their descriptions. If an accessory arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a free replacement, repair, or full refund as prescribed by law.
